While the bags are readily available to everyone of all gender identities, what makes this line comical is that not only did Green Goblin attempt to insult Doc Ock, but Peter was also displaying how ridiculous it is to carry guns in a handbag.

"You're so fat…when you cut yourself flying…the marshmallow fluff comes out"
Kingpin is one of Marvel's most complex villains as he not only uses his power to his advantage but also uses his intellectual ability. Kingpin uses his wits during the comics to manipulate businessmen and officials in his favour. Needless to say, when Peter came face-to-face with Kingpin, he would need rock-hard evidence to lock him away for good.
Peter's goal throughout this confrontation was to elicit a physical response from Kingpin. In order to elicit such a response, Peter took a stack of flashcards from his bag and told Kingpin, in the most rude way possible, that he was fat. While it's an immature, disrespectful joke on the part of Spider-Man, it does the job. Kingpin shook, and rushed for Peter. Humor is a problematic issue in terms of weight and obesity exposure, and people of all shapes and sizes should never identify a hero or a villain.
8 immediate panic

When carrying a large bag of stolen money, the obvious answer is to just throw it out the window. This is exactly what Peter did in this interconnected moment of Many fans of The Amazing Spider-Man Play the comic book. After getting big bags of money, Peter ends up in his room with no way to dispose of the cash and ends up throwing it out the window in a panic.
Peter has the best gut tingles in the comics and in the MCU, and they weren't really wrong. In this case, Peter's panic overcomes him. As this is a dependable inner conversation, combined with Peter's sudden desire to throw money out the window, this scene is hilarious and funny.
7 dating again
"So, I see you've started dating again."
Some funny Spider-Man sayings are delivered during the fight sequence. While most of the lines are said during tense situations, it's no good to joke around when dealing with one of the toughest characters in the Marvel comics.
In a fight between Peter and the Punisher, Peter notices a woman who joins the fight. Even though Peter tries to spare himself from making a joke about the Punisher's dating life, Peter still shouts, "So, I see you've started dating again," to The Punisher. This joke was poorly timed, not the best comment, and it showed poor judgment on Peter's part, but these are exactly the reasons why this satire is so funny in the eyes of fans.
6 name change time

Making fun of someone's name is a great way to get someone to walk away, and that's exactly what Spider-Man did in Human Torch #1. In the comic strip, Peter climbs the side of the building only to find Peter Petrosky, aka Paste-Pot Pete, who is looking to destroy the human torch.
Naturally, Peter's teenage instincts began to surface, and while he was being held at gunpoint, he cracked just thinking about Pete's name. By the end of the comic, Pete Petrosky goes on a rampage leaving Peter's recovery to the surface. Between Pete's serious demeanor when he mentions his name, to Peter laughing during a very tense situation, this sitcom was still a great comedy development in comedy.
5 Don't go
"Well, to thwart a threat of this magnitude requires a highly sophisticated and specialized method of fighting crime…"
Actions are sometimes funnier than words. In this comic book, Peter tries to thwart a villain who is literally the height of a building. Approached by a worried taxi driver, Peter was asked how he would stop a villain of this size and height. After presenting that strong line insinuating that Peter has a plan, Peter embarks on a gigantic tin can journey.

Peter's determined voice is what makes making and executing this satirical joke so funny. It shows fans that it was too easy to defeat the villain, and that Peter's sarcasm levels are at an all-time high.
4 Jonah Jameson
"Um… J. Jonah Jameson. 475 Riverside Drive, penthouse. I'm there from 8 p.m…."
It's common knowledge in both the MCU and Marvel Comics that J. Jonah Jameson and Spider-Man have a rivalry. He created an on-air sensation that aims to outsmart Spider-Man for his "scam". Of course, this on-air network makes Peter's life a little difficult every now and then, as J. Jonah Jameson will do everything in his power to get Spider-Man out to be the "bad guy."
There is no better way to approach a troll on the Internet than to give an angry villain his exact name and address. Given Peter's history with Jonah and his witty thinking of the moment, this joke still carries a sense of humor and comedy for Marvel readers who know this dynamic history.

Comic book characters can also break the fourth wall. In this comic, Spider-Man refers to the common misspelling of his name for both fans and the villain he was facing. This wasn't the first time Spider-Man had broken the fourth wall in the comics, but it sure was the most comical.
In this special X-Mas game, Spider-Man has to face Electro during the holidays at all times. Upon seeing Spider-Man, Electro exclaims "Spider-Man!" Which says Spider-Man that people usually leave the hyphen in his name. The joke is twofold in that it not only breaks the fourth wall, but also makes fans wonder if they made grammatical errors related to the Spider-Man name.
2 Underwear stuck to his butt
"Now my pants are stuck in my butt. It's been over an hour. I really have to pee."
In a confession for Iron Man and Captain America, Peter admits that in the holidays, he, and perhaps one of the best villains, Doc Ock, swapped their minds. During a fight scene, Peter mentioned that he had an accident that called for wearing a new pair of underwear – which in Spider-Man terminology means making a pair of underwear from web fluid.
Peter later finds out that Doc Ock has modified his web formula, and as a result, the underwear Peter was wearing was stuck. Whether Doc Ock modified Peter's formula as a way to prank Peter in the future is still being debated. Peter was also acknowledging his predicament in front of Captain America and Iron Man, embarrassing himself in front of two of his role models and making the crowd laugh.
1 lead sweating
"The real reason Juna hates me is…because I'm black."
JJ Jameson and Peter have a long relationship and strong animosity towards each other. In this comic book, Spider-Man claims in court that Jonah came out for Peter. Peter is still a high school student, and naturally he cracks a controversial joke to get both Jonah to sweat, shocking the courtroom. Of course, Spider-Man never showed his face to anyone, and in this tape, Peter claims that the reason Jonah hates him is because he's black.
Jonah naturally starts to sweat saying he has black friends, but Peter, only after letting Jonah get a little confused, says he's not black. This comment defiantly silences Jonah's lawyer. Although fans found this a hilarious joke, it was controversial due to the subject of racism.
